Carlo Parentela who was inspired by his parents who ran La Stella Banquet Hall, a successful catering company and venue, had his entrepreneurial sights on the hospitality industry from a young age.
After joining the family business in 1984, he would soon move on to become the company’s President / General Manager, and officially take over the family business from his father, Giuseppe Parentela. Carlo eventually grew the company into the current day 38,000 sq. ft event venue.
