Eugene has been in the Hospitality Industry since the age of 16, starting as a waiter, moving behind the bar as a bartender, to eventually leading teams as a Food & Beverage Manager at various venues throughout the GTA.
After Graduating from York University in 2005, Eugene transitioned into the sales aspects of the industry, and over the past 15 years has gained extensive experience in various cultural wedding receptions and religious ceremonies. In addition Eugene has a broad knowledge of various ethnic cuisines and service styles, to make clients feel confident that their event here at Château Le Jardin will be executed seamlessly.
